Volleyball Recap: Tigard Takes a Loss

Tigard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the West Linn Lions. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Lions from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Tigard's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for West Linn, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Tigard is set to challenge their familiar foe Lake Oswego at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, West Linn will take on rival Tualatin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
