Football Recap: Pella Christian Comes Up Short

Pella Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 57-21 defeat at the hands of the Treynor Cardinals.

Pella Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Treynor, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Pella Christian and Treynor will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Eagles are set to challenge their familiar foe Prairie City-Monroe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Treynor will face off against rival Shenandoah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
