It was a good run, but Eastwood unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They lost to the Bellevue Redmen on the road by a 64-45 margin. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Redmen from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Eastwood's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Bellevue, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Eastwood will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lake at 7:45 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Bellevue, they will take on Norwalk at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Bellevue's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matchups.
