Overlake won the last time they faced Vashon Island and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Owls blew past the Pirates 10-2. The result was nothing new for the Owls, who have now won five matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Overlake and bumps their season record up to 11-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.5 runs over those games.
