Recap: Southern Christian Patriots vs. Grace Christian Crusader
The Southern Christian Patriots can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They came out on top against Grace Christian by a score of 64-56. Southern Christian's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Grace Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Brandon Fitch, who scored 17 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Fitch has scored all season. Noah Farnsworth was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Southern Christian's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-5. As for Grace Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southern Christian will take on East Central HomeSchool at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Grace Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Victory Baptist at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
