Volleyball Recap: Wessington Springs Comes Up Short

Wessington Springs lost against Ethan back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Spartans lost 3-0 to the Rustlers. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Wessington Springs ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-17, 25-20.

Wessington Springs' loss dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Ethan, their win bumped their record up to 16-9.

Coming up, Wessington Springs will be playing at home against Sunshine Bible Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ethan, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Avon at 7:30 p.m. on the 20th.
