York won the last time they faced Stevenson and things went their way on Friday too. The Dukes came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Dukes.

Stevenson's loss came despite strong showings from Jane Tan and Ryler Bondad. Tan had four assists and three aces, while Bondad had four digs and four assists.

York's record now sits at 15-6. As for Stevenson, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 11-8.

York didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against South Elgin on the 3rd. As for Stevenson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Rolling Meadows on the 3rd.
