Elkhart won against Tippecanoe Valley on Tuesday with 55 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Lions snuck past the Fort Wayne Snider Panthers with a 55-51 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Lions, who have now won three matchups in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Fort Wayne Snider lost, don't look at Xavier Wilson. Despite the final result, he shot 41% from the field to rack up 24 points and seven steals. With that strong performance, Wilson is now averaging an impressive 16.2 points per game. Another player making a difference was Trell Hogue, who posted ten points and five rebounds.

Elkhart's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Fort Wayne Snider, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
