Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when Eagle Ridge Christian faced off against Kelly on April 14th. The Eagles won by a goal and slipped past the Hawks 2-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Eagle Ridge Christian were the better team in the second half.

Lydia Hester and Betty Bell scored both of Eagle Ridge Christian's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Westwood Baptist Academy's draw makes their record 2-2-1 this season. As for Eagle Ridge Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.
