Central Catholic waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Haverhill Hillies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Central Catholic had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 17-25, 25-9, 25-14, 25-11.

Despite the loss, Haverhill still got an impressive performance from Marianna Robinson, who had nine digs and one assist.

Central Catholic's win bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Haverhill, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.
