It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Peoria can now relate to. They took a 31-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Paradise Honors on Friday. Peoria's loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Peoria lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Dominic Kramer, who threw for 141 yards and two TDs. Cristian Zarate handled things on the ground, rushing for 107 yards.

Chuck Van Dyke continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Paradise Honors, rushing for 218 yards and one score. Van Dyke's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 141 rushing yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Preston Brown, who rushed for 77 yards and one touchdown.

Peoria's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Paradise Honors, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Peoria does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Paradise Honors, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 27-14 loss against Marcos de Niza on the 14th.
