Volleyball Recap: Becker Comes Up Short

Becker lost against Cloquet back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lumberjacks.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14.

Brynn Koste paced Becker's offense, picking up eight kills. Koste were helped by Elaynna Kuklok and Jaiden Messick, who contributed five assists each.

Becker's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Cloquet, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Becker and Cloquet will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Bulldogs are set to face off against their familiar foe Chisago Lakes Area at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Cloquet will challenge rival Proctor at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
