Softball Recap: Knox City Greyhounds vs. Munday Moguls
Knox City came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Munday Moguls, falling 22-16. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (14), the Greyhounds still had to take the loss.

Naveah Martinez made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 4-for-4 with two triples, five RBI, and two runs. She is on a roll when it comes to hits, as she's now got three or more in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Reyna Alvarez, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple.
Knox City's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Munday, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.
Looking ahead, Knox City will welcome Harrold at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
