Soccer Game Preview: Alamosa vs. Del Norte

The Alamosa Mean Moose will challenge the Del Norte Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Alamosa is headed into the game without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. They and Salida finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw on Monday.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Del Norte's offense. They came up short against Rye on Friday, falling 10-0. That's two games in a row now that Del Norte have lost by exactly ten goals.

Alamosa's draw makes their record 7-0-2 this season. As for Del Norte, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Everything went Alamosa's way against Del Norte when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Alamosa made off with an 8-0 win. Will the Mean Moose repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
