Basketball Recap: Stewart County Comes Up Short

Stewart County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss. They were beaten by the Huntingdon Mustangs 91-58. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-30 two weeks ago.

Stewart County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Huntingdon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stewart County will take on Cheatham County Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Huntingdon, they will challenge McKenzie at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
