Geneseo won the last time they faced Alleman and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Maple Leafs walked away with a 2-0 win over the Pioneers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Maple Leafs.

Geneseo easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-14.

Geneseo's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Alleman, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Geneseo is set to square off against their familiar foe East Moline United at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Alleman will take on rival Moline at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
