Volleyball Recap: Madison Highland Prep Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Madison Highland Prep, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Highland Prep Honey Badgers on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Heat as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-15, 25-21.

Collin Luster paced Madison Highland Prep's offense, picking up 11 kills. Luster got some help from Daniel Sotelo and his 15 assists. Luster was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.

Madison Highland Prep's win bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Highland Prep, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Madison Highland Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Parker on the 28th. Highland Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
