Basketball Game Preview: Ambassador Christian School Lions vs. Davidson Day Patriots

The Ambassador Christian School Lions just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Davidson Day Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Ambassador Christian School comes in on ten and Davidson Day on four.

On Thursday, Ambassador Christian School was able to grind out a solid win over Victory Christian Center, taking the game 56-49.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Davidson Day). They blew past Socrates Academy 107-30 on Monday. Given the Patriots' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 19th, while the Owls are ranked 65th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Ambassador Christian School has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.9 points per game. As for Davidson Day, their victory bumped their record up to 19-12.
