Ryan's rock-solid pitcher showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the MacArthur Cardinals a 17-0 shutout. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by seven runs or more this season.

Tori Grider made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Grider was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Olivia Buettner, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and one double. Kayla Martin was another key player, scoring three runs while going 3-for-3.

Ryan hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most four strikeouts in six consecutive games.

Ryan's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for MacArthur, they dropped their record down to 0-3-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Ryan will be taking part in a tournament against Grand Prairie at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for MacArthur, they will take on Southwest Christian School at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
