Bishop Manogue came tearing into Friday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Reno Huskies as they made off with a 48-26 win. The Miners might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by 21 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Brandon Mann, who threw for 226 yards and five touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushed for 69 yards and a touchdown. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played. Pele Masina was another key player, rushing for 78 yards and a touchdown.
He was just one part of a punishing run game: Bishop Manogue was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 257 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2023.

Bishop Manogue will venture away from home to face off against Douglas at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bishop Manogue knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Douglas likes a good challenge. As for Reno, they will face off against McQueen at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Reno is facing McQueen at the right time seeing as McQueen is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
