Baseball Recap: Farmington River Hawks vs. Northwest Catholic Lions
Farmington won against Conard on Thursday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The River Hawks walked away with a 6-3 win over the Northwest Catholic Lions. Winning may never get old, but the River Hawks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
Noah Grosso made a big impact no matter where he played. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Farmington is 5-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 4-7 otherwise. Grosso was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
