Soccer Recap: Roland-Story Takes a Loss

Roland-Story lost against Urbandale back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Norsemen fell just short of the J-Hawks by a score of 1-0. Roland-Story have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roland-Story's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Urbandale, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Roland-Story will square off against Mason City at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Urbandale, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Ames on the 4th.
