Volleyball Recap: Moorefield Comes Up Short

Moorefield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the South Harrison Hawks, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Yellow Jackets have suffered since September 6th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-17, 25-14.

Moorefield's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for South Harrison, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-6.

Looking ahead, Moorefield will head out on the road to challenge East Hardy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Harrison, they will welcome St. Marys at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
