Lincoln posted their closest victory since January 12, 2024 on Tuesday. They skirted past the Patrick Henry Patriots 49-46. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-30 back in January.

Despite the loss, Patrick Henry still got an impressive performance from Deshawn Jones Jr., who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Jones Jr. has become a key player for Patrick Henry: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least ten boards, but 7-17 otherwise. Jacob Baker was another key player, going 5-for-10 on his way to 13 points and six rebounds.

Lincoln picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 7-17. As for Patrick Henry, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-18 record this season.
