Volleyball Recap: Lake Mead Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Lake Mead Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the GV Christian Guardians. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Guardians this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-20, 25-15.

Lake Mead Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for GV Christian, the win (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 23-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lake Mead Christian Academy is set to face off against their familiar foe Lincoln County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, GV Christian will square off against rival Awaken Christian at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th.
