Volleyball Recap: Cedar Creek's Loss Ends Nine-Game Winning Streak at Home

The Cedar Creek Pirates came up short against the Williamstown Braves on Wednesday and fell 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-15.

Williamstown can attribute much of their success to Lora Kunicki, who had six digs and four aces. That's the most aces Kunicki has posted since back in October of 2024.

Cedar Creek's loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-3. As for Williamstown, the victory was the 15th in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 2-0.

Cedar Creek has already played their next contest (against Ocean City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Williamstown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Clearview on the 11th.
