Softball Preview: South Rebels vs. Riverside Beavers
The South Rebels will head out on the road to take on the Riverside Beavers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. South is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.5 runs per game this season.
South lost 15-6 to Riverside on Monday.
Taylor Zupancic made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Halle Zupancic, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.
South has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-7 record this season. As for Riverside, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-8.
