Basketball Recap: Wood County Christian Falls to Frontier in First Game of Season

Wood County Christian had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 65-47 bruising from the Frontier Cougars on Tuesday. The Wildcat have struggled against the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Frontier's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-1.

Wood County Christian will be home for the holidays to greet Hundred at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th. As for Frontier, they will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Beallsville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
