Volleyball Game Preview: Hernando Tigers vs. Collierville Dragons

Hernando is 0-4 against Collierville since September of 2021 but things could change on Thursday. The Tigers will welcome the Dragons at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Hernando not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0). They blew past Southaven 3-0.

Meanwhile, Collierville made easy work of Munford on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Dragons in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won eight in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Collierville took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-13, 25-14.

Hernando's win bumped their record up to 19-15. As for Collierville, their victory bumped their record up to 22-10-1.
