Baseball Recap: Macon County Takes a Loss

Macon County lost against White House on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tigers fell 11-7 to the Blue Devils. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eli Carver made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Jake Meador was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs.

Macon County's loss dropped their record down to 17-12. As for White House, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-13-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Macon County will challenge Clay County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for White House, they will take on East Robertson at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
