Lewis & Clark has gone 8-1 against Cheney recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Lewis & Clark Tigers will welcome the Cheney Blackhawks at 5:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Lewis & Clark is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Ridgeline on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Lewis & Clark had to suffer through a 73-44 loss at the hands of Ridgeline. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 128th, while the Falcons are ranked 28th).

Meanwhile, Cheney was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 74-22 loss at the hands of Mead. The game marked the Blackhawks' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Lewis & Clark has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season. As for Cheney, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.

Lewis & Clark was able to grind out a solid win over Cheney in their previous meeting two weeks ago, winning 51-40. Does Lewis & Clark have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cheney turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
