Recap: Centauri Falcons vs. Alamosa Mean Moose
The Centauri Falcons waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. They secured a 47-42 W over Alamosa. That's another feather in the cap for Centauri, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Centauri's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kaleb Anderson led the charge by scoring 11 points along with six rebounds. Anderson continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Chaz Holman, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
Centauri has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. As for Alamosa, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.
Centauri didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 62-31 win vs. Ignacio on the 10th. Alamosa has also already played their next matchup, a 54-39 defeat against Montrose on the 10th.
