Dixon is 5-0 against Destiny Christian Academy since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Dixon Rams will be playing in front of their home fans against the Destiny Christian Academy Lions at 6:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Dixon is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Vacaville just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 1-0. The loss was the Rams' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Destiny Christian Academy might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Rio Linda an easy 5-1 win. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Lions were already down 4-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Jacob Michael, which was the first he's scored this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Dixon fell to 4-1-1. As for Destiny Christian Academy, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5-1.

Everything went Dixon's way against Destiny Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as Dixon made off with a 10-0 victory. Will Dixon repeat their success, or does Destiny Christian Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
