Volleyball Recap: Leroy Greene Academy Takes a Loss

Leroy Greene Academy lost against McNair back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lions took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles.

McNair can attribute much of their success to Keyla Yeng, who had seven digs and five aces. That's the most aces Yeng has posted since back in September of 2024.

Leroy Greene Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for McNair, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Leroy Greene Academy has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Armijo on the 23rd. As for McNair, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Mission San Jose on the 23rd.
