Baseball Recap: Notre Dame Victorious

Notre Dame came out on top against Rim of the World on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run third inning. The Titans walked away with a 7-4 win over the Fighting Scots. This was a revenge game for the Titans: when they faced off against the Fighting Scots on Wednesday, they had to take a 11-1 loss.

Notre Dame has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Rim of the World, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-10.

Notre Dame didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 9-4 loss against Hesperia on the 12th. As for Rim of the World, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-1 victory against Fontana on the 16th.
