Soccer Recap: Prince George vs. Matoaca
It was a good run, but Prince George unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Matoaca Warriors by a score of 1-0. The shutout was out of character for Prince George seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in April.
Prince George's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-3-3. As for Matoaca, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-1-2 record this season.
As of now, neither Prince George nor Matoaca have any future games scheduled.
