California Academy of Math & Science and Geffen Academy are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2019, but not for long. The Coyotes are taking a road trip to face off against the Bruins at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. California Academy of Math & Science will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

In Monday's Canine Competition, California Academy of Math & Science came out on top. Everything went their way against Rolling Hills Prep on Monday as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

California Academy of Math & Science never let Rolling Hills Prep on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 26-24, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Geffen Academy came up short against California Academy of Math & Science on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

While Geffen Academy ultimately came up short, they really made California Academy of Math & Science work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 17-25, 26-24, 25-16.

Geffen Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for California Academy of Math & Science, their win bumped their record up to 17-4.

California Academy of Math & Science was able to grind out a solid victory over Geffen Academy in their previous matchup on Tuesday, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Coyotes since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
