Football Recap: Huntington Comes Up Short

Huntington lost against Dayville/Monument/Long Creek back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Locomotives took a blow against the Tigers, falling 68-6.

Huntington's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Dayville/Monument/Long Creek, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Huntington will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sherman at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th. As for Dayville/Monument/Long Creek, they will face off against Joseph at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
