Basketball Recap: Jonesboro-Hodge Comes Up Short

Jonesboro-Hodge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a hard 56-37 fall against the Homer Pelicans. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-52 last Friday.

Jonesboro-Hodge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Homer, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Arcadia the next time they take the court. Jonesboro-Hodge will host Arcadia at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, while Homer will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
