Soccer Game Preview: Collegiate Academy at TCC Northeast vs. Springtown

The Collegiate Academy at TCC Northeast Phoenix will challenge the Springtown Porcupines at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses apiece.

Last Friday, Collegiate Academy at TCC Northeast didn't have quite enough to beat Lake Worth and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, Springtown fell victim to Castleberry and their airtight defense on Friday. They fell just short of the Lions by a score of 1-0. While losing is never fun, the Porcupines can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 691st, while the Lions are ranked 38th).

Collegiate Academy at TCC Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-1. As for Springtown, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6-1.
