Volleyball Recap: Villa Grove Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

Villa Grove unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 2-0 to the Georgetown-Ridge Farm Buffaloes on Thursday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-11.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Villa Grove will head out to take on Tuscola at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Georgetown-Ridge Farm, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Schlarman at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
