Andrew Gonzalez leads Vaughn to victory over Fulton

The Vaughn White Tigers had to endure a 19-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 67-58 win over Fulton on Friday. Vaughn's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Andrew Gonzalez was his usual excellent self, scoring 26 points along with six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Kaleb Cano was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five rebounds and two steals.

Vaughn's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 1-18. As for Fulton, their loss was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-12.

Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences the next time they take the court. Vaughn will head out to face Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while Fulton will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
