Baseball Game Preview: Nolensville Knights vs. Centennial Cougars

For the second straight game, Nolensville will face off against Centennial. Nolensville will head out on the road to face off against Centennial at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Nolensville will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Monday, Nolensville beat Centennial 9-6.

For Centennial's part, they got a good showing from Nicholas Changas, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Those zero hits allowed gave Changas a new career-low.

On the hitting side, Eli Wells made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with three RBI. Charles Corbett was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

Nolensville's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-5. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Centennial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-9.
