Indianapolis Shortridge had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Warren Central on Saturday. The Blue Devils were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Warriors. The Blue Devils not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since April 10th (when they won 3-0).

Indianapolis Shortridge not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Warren Central between 18 and 21 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-18, 25-20.

Indianapolis Shortridge has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. As for Warren Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Indianapolis Shortridge is set to challenge their familiar foe Christel House at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Warren Central will square off against rival Ben Davis at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
