Basketball Recap: Lenoir City Find Success

While Lenoir City didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. It was close, but on Fridaythey capped 2024 with a 52-49 win over the Union Bears.

Lenoir City's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Union, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Lenoir City will challenge Upperman at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Union, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Elizabethtown at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
