Soccer Recap: Alton Snaps Nine-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

While Alton's win against Springfield Southeast wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Redbirds had just enough and edged out the Spartans 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Alton also won the last time the pair played back in June of 2021.
