Man had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the seven-run drubbing they dealt Calhoun on Wednesday. The Hillbillies put the hurt on the Red Devils with a sharp 8-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Hillbillies, who have now won nine games by six runs or more so far this season.

Man has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Calhoun, their loss dropped their record down to 12-18.

Coming up, Man will be playing at home against Wahama at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Calhoun does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
