Softball Recap: Kellogg Takes a Loss

Kellogg fell victim to Thornapple Kellogg and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 24-0 to the Trojans. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Kellogg now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Thornapple Kellogg, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

Thornapple Kellogg has already played their next game, a 5-3 victory against Lakewood on the 19th. Hopefully Kellogg paid attention to the Trojans' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Trojans at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
