Volleyball Recap: Whitefield Academy Takes a Loss

Whitefield Academy was the 3-1 winner over LKY when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell just short of the Saints by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Whitefield Academy's loss dropped their record down to 12-10. As for LKY, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-12.

Whitefield Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Presentation at 7:30 p.m. on October 7. As for LKY, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Bethlehem on the 27th.
