Baseball Recap: Cutter-Morning Star Comes Up Short

Cutter-Morning Star was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 11-2 to the Mountain Pine Red Devils. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Red Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-5 last Thursday.

Cutter-Morning Star's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Mountain Pine, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.
